Hi Adam,

One point to bring up. It's borderline trivial, but I think you may find it useful to consider. Would you be willing to place the guide for solving the sample puzzle before the rules for the puzzle? If this were a printed medium, this would be a poor idea, but it may work better for lj. The reason I say this is because you have lj cuts for each sample puzzle. The typical procedure is for someone to read the post in its entirety, starting with the intro to the puzzle, then the picture of the sample puzzle, then the rules, then the full puzzle, then the directions for solving the sample puzzle. When looking at the sample puzzle rules, it becomes necessary on my (and presumably other people's) monitor to read a directive for the sample puzzle, then scroll up past the rules to the picture. I bring this up not out of laziness, but out of desired comprehension: It's a good deal easier to learn from a rule if both the rule and the picture it applies to are both immediately visible (requiring only a glance up or down) than to scroll the window up or down, losing some time in the process. I know it's only perhaps 1.5-2 seconds' worth of time lost, but that may actually be significant in terms of human processing/learning. Anyway, something I'd just like you to consider, if you would. Thankee.
