I bit the bullet and read the answers, and I must say I'm disappointed: the "James et al." list is faulty - it's missing Sebastian. (No wonder I didn't get it.) The others are references I'm not familiar with, so I never stood a chance (not your fault, mind you), although I'd have sworn the "Micheal et al." list was one I should have known. I will say that I like the subtlety in the last one, even if I don't know the source. - ZM
